The receptionist was very nice and welcoming! The room was pretty nice, fully-equipped, the bathroom is very clean. The whole room is not too big but for me spacious enough for a couple. The location was pretty convenient : right in the central area (we could walk from the train station straight to the hotel) and super close to the restaurants, coffee shop, etc.

Breakfast was very good, however if you came at 9.30 the buffet would not be replenished. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Location was perfect, very close to the town. Bed was very comfortable.

Location was excellent for walking distance from the centre .The bedroom was very dark compared to the picture and no toiletries ,it was adequate.Breakfast was limited but better than Renne’s.The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke very good English.We really enjoyed our stay in both cities.

The location is very good; central close to the tube and buses Room is clean but a bit small ; not much space with a suitcase between wall and bed Bathroom very good Breakfast was outstanding Staff is great at reception and breakfast and cleaning

Everything: good location closed to the historical center. Breakfast, amenities (even a kettle and a coffee machine in the room), view. Fast check in and check out, friendly staff

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean hotel. Good breakfast. Big room, very clean. Lovely touch of a free mini bar of soft drinks. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast very well stocked and plenty variety, coffee was very good (which is very important with a baby! ) Perfect location to walking of everything, and numerous restaurants and shops!

It was a good sized room with a large comfortable bed. The room and ensuite were modern and clean. Staff were very welcoming. It is in a good location linking different parts of the city.

The room is small but clean, sweet and meet all I need. Everything there is good to me, and location is close to Couvent des Jacobins, also not too far from train station. Walking distance.

Really nice buffet breakfast. Unfortunately we were not at the hotel very long having arrived in the afternoon exhausted from overseas flight from Montreal. Still, we were very grateful for the excellent buffet. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable.
